1. Who we are
Arizona Apps of Scottsdale AN LLC (“Arizona Apps”, “we”, “us”) is a research-led studio registered in Arizona, USA. Our office is at 15380 N 100th St Unit 1093, Scottsdale, AZ 85260. You can reach us at hello@arizona-apps.com.
2. What we collect
Through this website we only collect the information you intentionally submit via the contact form: your name, company, work email, and the free-form message you write. Server-side, our hosting provider records standard request metadata (IP address, user agent, timestamp) for the purpose of security and abuse prevention.
3. Why we collect it
We use contact-form data exclusively to respond to your inquiry, scope a potential engagement and, if you become a client, to manage that engagement. We do not use this data for advertising, profiling, or automated decision-making.
4. Client research material
Project deliverables, research data, and artwork received from a client during an engagement are treated as confidential. They are stored on access-controlled systems, accessed on a need-to-know basis, and either returned to the client or securely destroyed at the end of the engagement on request.
5. Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share information only with vetted sub-processors that are necessary to operate the business (for example, our email and hosting providers), under contractual confidentiality obligations.
6. Retention
Inquiries that do not turn into engagements are retained for up to 24 months and then deleted. Engagement-related contact data is retained for the duration of the contract and for the period required by US tax and accounting law.
7. Your rights
You can request access to your data, correction, deletion, or a copy of your data by writing to hello@arizona-apps.com. We will respond within 30 days.
8. Changes
We will update this page if our practices change. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
